Great amount of armament and explosives are found in Osh oblast of Kyrgyzstan, as Ministry of Interior Affaires (MVD) informed 24.kg news agency.
According law enforcement agency, on Sunday night, December 12, near On-Adyra village officers of Osh oblast Main Criminal Investigation Department (GUVD) found and removed several Kalashnikov guns, sniper rifles, garnets, over 15 kilo of explosives and 3 thousands of cartridges.
As MVD underlined it was the biggest arsenal found and removed during year 2010.
Osh GUVD informed that two men were detained under suspicion of storage organization. They are citizens of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. GUVD refused to give any other comments, mentioning that operative and investigative activities are continuing.
Law enforcement agency informed that removed explosives were identical to explosives removed in Bishkek. As Kyrgyz republic MVD mentioned, information about international terroristic groups' involvement is verified. Militia promised to give more detailed information later.
