According to preliminary data, the state budget income of Kyrgyzstan from January to May 2011 totaled 28 billion 642 million soms that forms 96.3 percent from scheduled, Arzybek Kozhoshev the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic said at session of parliamentary committee on Fiscal and Monetary Policy, 24.kg reported.

According to him, the state budget has received less than 1 billion 86.2 million soms in general because of short-delivered grants, direct state investments and special means of the state-financed organizations. "Upon that, in comparison with previous years, common budget income raised by 22 percent (5 billion 167.4 million soms) at the expanse of tax and non-tax income growth. The volume of tax income for 5 months amounted 19 billion 415.5 million soms that 3 billion 261.6 million more than in the same period 2010. 7 billion 561.7 million of them refer to Customs Service income that is for 456.3 million soms more. Tax Service received 11 billion 853.8 million soms in terms of profit. Without "Kumtor" company accounting, State Taxation Service income totaled 9 billion 163.1 million soms," said Arzybek Kozhoshev.

"Non-tax income amounted to 6 billion 640.7 million soms that is 91.6 percent of the planned sum. The arrear is connected with special means underrun. 2 billion 585.8 million soms came in the term of grants," he added.
