BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 21. Tajikistan's foreign trade turnover from January through November 2022 increased over the year, Trend reports with reference to the Agency on statistics under the President of Tajikistan.
According to statistical data, the foreign trade turnover of Tajikistan in 11 months of this year amounted to more than $6.6 billion, which is an increase of 20.3 percent over the same period in 2021.
During the reporting period, the main trading partners of Tajikistan were Russia (more than $1.5 billion), Kazakhstan (about $1.3 billion), and China (about $1.1 billion).
The export of Tajik products in 11 months of this year amounted to about $2 billion, which is an increase of 9 percent compared to the corresponding period of last year.
At the same time, the value of imported goods from January through November 2022 increased by 25.8 percent over the same period in 2021 - up to $4.6 billion.
