Samarkand region of Uzbekistan became the leader in the production of agricultural products from January through September 2021 (27.1 trillion soums or $ 2.5 billion), Trend reports citing the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
This is followed by the Andijan region with the volume of agricultural production amounted to 21.1 trillion soums ($1.9 billion).
Agricultural production in Uzbekistan from January through September 2021 accounted for 213.8 trillion soums ($19.9 billion).
