The 220-kilometer-pipe was laid between 23 and 24 phases of Iran’s South Pars gas field, manager of the project of the development of 22-24 phases of the South Pars gas field Farhad Izadjoo said.
A 20-inch pipe was successfully laid between the two phases via C Master ship, Izadjoo added, Trend reports referring to South Pars Oil and Gas Company's website.
The gas from 24B phase will be transported to the 23rd phase via a pipe of 23-24 phases of Iran's South Pars gas field and will be supplied to the gas processing plant with via a 32-inch 100km-long pipe.
South Pars / North Dome Gas-Condensate Field is a joint gas field between Iran and Qatar.
