Iran's Foreign Ministry Manouchehr Mottaki sent a letter to member countries of the IAEA Judges Council, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast was quoted as saying by the Iranian Mehr news agency.

Iran's Foreign Ministry Manouchehr Mottaki sent a letter to member countries of the IAEA Judges Council, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast was quoted as saying by the Iranian Mehr news agency.

According to Mehmanparast, in his letter Mottaki expressed his attitude towards the position taken by the member countries of the IAEA Governing Council in voting in connection with Iran's nuclear program.

Nov.27, the five permanent members of the UN Security Council (U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France) and Germany presented to the IAEA Board of Governors draft resolution against Iran, which was approved by a majority vote of the 25 countries out of 35.

Regarding the arrest of five British sailors in the Iranian territorial waters, Mehmanparast said that at present, this fact is investigated in connection with which the press will be informed.
