Turkmenistan's gas concern announces int'l tender
Turkmengaz state concern of Turkmenistan has announced an international tender to construct a railway.
The railway will run from the new gas chemical complex for polyethylene and polypropylene production in the Dostluk collective farm, located in the Turkmenbashi region of the country's Balkan province, to the Yangaja station.
All interested companies are invited to:
- submit a written application for participation in the tender, indicating the bidder's full name, legal status, country of registration, details and information about the company's activities;
- read the tender rules;
- obtain the package of tender documents by paying $1,725 (including VAT)
The tender bids will be received until October 10, 2014.

Azerbaijan announces tender for construction of substation in chemical-industrial park
Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park LLC of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan has announced a tender for construction of 110/35/6 kV substation and conduct of internal electrical work, stated the report published in the official press.
Implementation of work in the tender is provided at Chemists str., 1, Sumgait.
The tender consists of two lots, which include the construction of the substation itself and carrying out of internal electrical work.
Those wishing to participate in the tender should submit the application on participation and other documents until 5 p.m. (UTC+04:00) October 17, 2014.

Turkmennebit (Turkmenoil) state concern announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is to design and to construct the reservoir water processing units.

A consortium of Khazar, consisting of Turkmenoil State Concern and the Mitro International Limited company, which operates in accordance with the terms of a production sharing contract in respect of the contractual "Khazar" territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a tender.
