Georgian Defense Minister Dimitri Shashkin on Wednesday received the head of the Directorate of Planning of the armed forces of the NATO defense policy and planning department Frank Boland.
As told Trend in the Georgian Defense Ministry, the head of NATO evaluators Frank Boland welcomed the fulfillment of obligations under the defense part of the planning and review process (PARP) and the Annual National Programme (ANP). The meeting was also attended by an officer of the Directorate of Defence Policy and Planning Gustav Vroeman.
Dimitri Shashkin introduced the delegation and the new concept of the Ministry of Defence - "3T". During the visit, Boland and Vroeman met with Deputy Defense Minister.
Frank Boland is responsible for the planning process of the armed forces of NATO members and partner states.
