Lithuanian prime minister to hold official meetings

(Prime-News) вЂ" Gediminas Kirkilas, Prime Minister of Lithuania, who arrived in Georgia on Thursday evening will hold official meetings on Friday.

Prime-News was told at the Office of Georgian Prime Minister that the Lithuanian Prime Minister would meet with Gela Bezhuashvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, in the Hotel Tbilisi Marriott on Friday.

The meeting of Georgian and Lithuanian Prime Ministers is planned on the same day.

Nino Burjanadze, Chairwoman of the Georgia Parliament, will receive the Lithuanian Prime Minister after his meeting with Zurab Noghaideli. Gediminas Kirkilas, Prime Minister of Lithuania, will also meet with Gigi Ugulava, Tbilisi City Mayor.

Mikheil Saakashvili, President of Georgia, will receive the Lithuanian Prime Minister towards the end of the working day, reports Trend.

The delegation will leave for Gudauri on the same day.

Issues of bilateral relations and Georgia's cooperation with the European Union and NATO will be discussed during the talks.

Gediminas Kirkilas and Lithuanian delegation will visit Mtskheta on February 03. Lithuanian officials will leave Georgia on Saturday.
