Georgia's Constitutional Court did not comply with suit of Labourists

Shalva Natelashvili, leader of the party, stated at the Constitutional Court on Friday that the court, frightened by Saakashvili, did not dare to comply with the suit of the party.

Natelashvili will appeal to European Court, reports Trend.

Labourists have brought the abovementioned suit to the Constitutional Court in 2006. They demand abolishment of joint electricity meters.
