Russia, Moscow / Trend corr . R.Agayev / Some 15% of arrivals to Moscow are emigrants who carry different infection diseases like AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis and tuberculosis. Alexander Nazarov , deputy chairman of the Committee of Interregional Communication and National Policy at the Russian Government, said during the round table. Nazarov said that serious measures have been taken concerning the problem. "We cannot call the current situation in the country normal as a man arrived to Moscow or to other regions of Russia is permitted to work. However, it is revealed that the man has been in the country for 90 days and carriers any infection only after medical examination. We must introduce medical examination on the day the new comer arrives the country," Nazarov said. The second problem of the Russian Government in labour migration is quota. "The problems arise when fake companies appeal to issue license to draw 60 trolley bus drivers from Pakistan, two plasterers from Britain, tinsmith from Italy to Moscow. We have to consider the appeals until the company is really a fake company," Nazarov said.

Nazarov said that about 500,000 migrants were appointed to jobs in the Russian Federal Migration Service.
