International Organizations in Abkhazia Cannot Protect Rights of Georgians – Foreign Minister

Georgia, Tbisili / Trend corr. N.Kirskhalia / David Bakradze, Georgian Foreign Minister, called the abduction of Georgian Priest in Galsk region and violace against him as a clear act of barbarism. "Population is not allowed to stydy their native language and freely practice their religion, which clearly point out absence of equal rights," Bakradze stated.

Klementi Kardava was abducted and beaten on 10 April.

"The international organizations operating in the country cannot fulfill its obligations on human rights and failed to provide security of the popualtion," the Georgian Minister said.

The letters to international and human right organizations are being developed.
