(transworldnews.com) - Nicole Kidman has released a statement saying she is "excited" for her and Tom Cruise's adopted son Connor Cruise as he as gotten his first movie role. The 13-year-old got a role in an upcoming drama "Seven Pounds," which stars Will Smith and Rosario Dawson.
Connor will play a younger version of Smith's character.
The pregnant actress released a statement through her rep saying she is "really excited for Connor."
Meanwhile, Kidman and her husband Keith Urban are preparing for the birth of their first child. The couple reportedly bought a house in Los Angeles so their baby could grow up with Connor and Kidman's adopted daughter Isabella.
Connor and Isabella live with Cruise, his wife Katie Holmes, and their daughter Suri in Los Angeles.
