Two movies of The Hobbit, the book by fantasy author JRR Tolkien, will be filmed in New Zealand, Prime Minister John Key announced Wednesday, DPA reported.
Key said his government had agreed to demands by Warner Brothers studio for increased tax breaks and a change in labour laws to guarantee no disruption of filming by unionists.
