The value of exports of electrical goods from Turkey to Georgia increased by 7.6 percent from January through April 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, amounting to $26.6 million, Trend reports citing the Ministry of Trade of Turkey.
In April 2021, the volume of exports of electrical goods from Turkey to Georgia soared by 81.4 percent compared to April of last year and surpassed $6.42 million, the ministry said.
The value of export of electrical goods from Turkey grew by 42.8 percent in the first 4 months of 2021 on annual basis, surpassing $4.4 billion.
According to the ministry, in April of this year, Turkey exported electrical goods to foreign markets in the amount of nearly $1.26 billion, which is 103 percent more compared to the same month of 2020.
Over the past 12 months (from April 2020 through April 2021), the value of export of electrical goods from Turkey amounted to over $12.3 billion.
