The statements by respective EU bodies regarding the upcoming election in Azerbaijan are already drafted, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department, tweeted Sept. 5.
"Thanks to close and friendly circles we found out - text of statements by respective EU bodies regarding 1 November Elections in Azerbaijan is already drafted," said Mammadov. "Remaining task - minor editing and specification of date."
Azerbaijan scheduled to hold its parliamentary election on November 1.
