“The OSCE/ ODIHR short-term observers will be distributed on the regions from 4 November,” Haide Smith, the British chairman of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission, told Trend.
According to Smith, the short-term observation mission comprised of 600 people began to arrive in Baku. They are being distributed on different regions.
Smith said that 28 long-term observers had worked in the regions for 2 months and sent information on pre-election situation to the OSCE/ODIHR.
