KazTransGas increases gas transportation

The gas transportation of KazTransGas JSC on the main gas pipelines totaled 28.329 billion cubic meters, including via Intergas Central Asia's trunk pipelines - 23.993 billion cubic meters, during the first quarter of 2014.

The volume of gas transportation through main gas pipelines made up 27.66 billion cubic meters, including via Intergas Central Asia's trunk pipelines - 23.080 billion cubic meters during the same period last year.

The volume of international transit in the reported period amounted to 17.067 billion cubic meters, the volume of inner gas transportation was 4,544 billion cubic meters, and the volume of exported gas totaled 2.382 billion cubic meters.

Asian Gas Pipeline LLC transported some 3.44 billion cubic meters of gas (3,524 billion cubic meters in the first quarter of 2013) through Kazakhstan-China main gas pipeline.

The volume of gas is provided in the amount of 113.898 billion cubic meters in 2014.
KazTransGas JSC sold some 4,293 billion cubic meters of gas (4,645 billion cubic meters in the same period last year) in the first quarter of 2014.

Amangeldy Gas LLP (a subsidiary of KazTransGas JSC) produced 83.466 million cubic meters of gas and 5,215 tons of gas condensate (84 million cubic meters of gas and 6,000 tons of gas condensate in the same period in 2013).

KazTransGas was established in 2000 to organize work in the oil and gas industry.
The companies and organizations dealing with gas production, transportation and sale are included in the KazTransGas company group. Since July, 2012 KazTransGas JSC has been defined as the national operator in the field of gas and gas supply in accordance with the Kazakh government's decree.
