As he says chekists informed him. "Nobody has abolished deputy's immunity. But we have assistants, trainees who are often not allowed to come in. How can we work under such conditions? The decree of the Speaker Akhmatbek Keldibekov confirms words of the Prime Minister Almazbek Atambayev that there are criminals in the parliament," said Bakytbek Kalmatov.
