On August 9, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire at Azerbaijani troops. The shots were fired from the Garakhanbayli village of the Fizuli region at 15.10 to 15.20, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.
The Azerbaijani troops answered their fire. No causalities were reported.
