Appointment of new Prime-Minister in Kyrgyzstan fits the format of Bakiyev's reforms, which will not lead to significant changes in the country, Kyrgyz expert Nur Omarov said.
On Wednesday Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev signed a decree to appoint Daniyar Usenov Prime-Minister, a representative of the Kyrgyz President's press-service told RIA Novosti.
The parliamentary faction of the Kyrgyz Party "Ak Jol" proposed a candidature for Prime-Minisetr in accordance with the Constitution.
Earlier, Usenov was head of the presidential administration.
All members of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers headed by Prime Minister Igor Chudinov resigned during the meeting of the Kyrgyz government, held with participation of Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev on Ocotber 20.
Restructuring in the Kyrgyz government is included in the reforms planned by Bakiyev. He began to implement them.
"All these reforms are aimed to strengthen the form of a state created by Bakiev for the last," Doctor of History, Omarov told Trend over phone from Bishkek.
Politician said that there will be no changes after these reforms. Everything happens in old manner, for example, new Prime-Minister is appointed automatically.
In early September, the President stated that he will combine functions of his administration and Prime-Minister's Office. He was expected to appoint incumbent head of the presidential administration this post, Omarov said.
"A serious question is what should be understood by the Kyrgyz opposition. I think that the opposition in Kyrgyzstan did not exist as a phenomenon."
He said that there are certain forces acting as the opposition. But in fact there is no real opposition to the Kyrgyz President.
Those people who are trying to gain points, are simply "political outsiders". They do not have any real chances to reach the front line of political struggle in the country.
"It is very difficult, almost impossible to speak about existence of the opposition in Kyrgyzstan", politician said.
