President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in Balaken District.
The Head of State started his visit by placing flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the Heydar Aliyev Park.
Head of Balaken District Executive Authorities Islam Rzayev informed President Ilham Aliyev about the construction work and landscaping in the park.
