Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a telephone call to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that in connection with the terrorist attack occured in Ankara he will not be able to arrive on February 18 in Baku for participating at the meeting of Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council.
President Ilham Aliyev has strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Ankara, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on his own behalf, he extended deep condolences to the bereaved families, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and people of Turkey.
The Presidents agreed that the date of the meeting of Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council will be coordinated later.
