One of the co-founders of the New Policy election bloc, president of the Public Forum in the Name of Azerbaijan Eldar Namazov will appeal to the European Court on Human Rights, Eldar Namazov told Trend.
The last time that Namazov appealed to the Constitutional Court was related to the 6 November 2005 parliamentary elections, which he found non-democratic and that the results in the First Yasamal constituency N15, from where he had been slated were fraudulent. However, the Constitutional Court has not satisfied his suit.
The documents for appealing to the European Court on Human Rights have been already prepared. В"In late December I will appeal to the European Court. Along with me, some other candidates have also prepared the documents”, Namazov said.
