The Azerbaijani Court passed a sentence on case of providing false information about a bomb planted in the subway station.
A resident of the Siyazan region, Parvin Agasiyeva, called "102" service of the Interior Ministry and said an explosive had been planted in 28 May metro station.
The court found Agasiyeva guilty of intentionally providing false information and sentenced her to 3 years in imprisonment, the Court of Serious Crimes told Trend on Aug. 31.
Recently, similar incidents are becoming more frequent in Azerbaijan. Information about planned terrorist attacks has not been confirmed.
The court is considering several lawsuits on similar crimes.
