Azerbaijan's PTV and Duna channel of Hungary sign agreements

Azerbaijans public Television (PTV) and Duna TV channel of Hungary signed a cooperation agreement that, in particular, suggests annual exchange of programs on culture, life and realities of both the countries, Trend reports quoting Ismail Omarov, PTVs General Director, who was speaking April 26 at the conference devoted to the first year of PTVs activity.

В"These programs will be broadcasted throughout the day as the agreement is launched this yearВ", - Omarov said, adding that Azeri and Hungarian journalists will visit Hungary and Azerbaijan, respectively, to make the programs.

В"Alongside, we will be exchanging programs if necessaryВ", - he stated.

В"We already delivered our Hungarian friends a set of programs about Azerbaijan that stress on resolution of Armenian-Azeri conflictВ", - PTVs chairman concluded.

Alongside, Omarov said a new TV channel, PTV2, is launched in Azerbaijan in 20062007.
