Employees of the Innovation and Procurement Centre of the Azerbaijan Health Ministry have conducted spot-checks in chemist shops on the territory of Gabala, Oghuz, and Shaki Districts of the country, Trend reports referring to a message spread by the Centre.
During spot-checks, expired medicines were found in a number of the chemist shops. Samples of some of these medicaments were taken for quality research.
28 illegal chemist premises were revealed. Investigations have been initiated on the revealed facts.
