Several Private Companies Earn Money by Deceiving Migrants Illegally Residing in Russia Chairman of RCA Moscow Organization

The Chairman of the Moscow organization of Russian Congress of the Azerbaijanis (RCA), Ilgar Hajiyev, informed Trend that after the new law in Russia regarding the migration, a number of the private companies try to earn money by deceiving the migrants illegally residing in Russia. He said that after the decision of the Russian Government regarding the eviction of the people, who live and work without registration, from the country, the RCA assist the Azerbaijanis in resolving their problems. Presently we render mainly juridical assistance to the Azerbaijanis. Our advocates receive the Azerbaijan and explain to them the documents necessary for the registration. Several people have entered into registration after our juridical advices, he said.

Hajiyev said that many Azerbaijanis came to Russia as guests for temporary living. They are enlightened to live within the law. The Azerbaijanis are explained the legal procedures so that they are not deceived by the private companies that want to earn money by making use of the new law. Several people in Russia earn money by deceiving the migrants. They implement illegal registration, deceive the migrants, stamp illegal seals and issue artificial documents, he said.

Hajiyev said that RCA meets with the Azerbaijanis so they do not face such situations. The heads of 10 departments of the RCA are engaged in these questions. According to him, citizens of Azerbaijan have not been evicted from Russia. He added that no Azerbaijanis have remained without job due to the new law.
