Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev within his official visit to Monaco met with president and CEO of Swissport International Per Utnegaard and Head of Finance of Flughafen Zurich AG Daniel Schmucki, the Kazakh presidential press-service reported.
"During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of Eurasian transport infrastructure, as well as the prospects for cooperation in the development of Kazakhstan's airports and bringing them to international standards," the press-service said.
The parties agreed to sign memorandums on establishing of joint ventures to manage the network of airports.
Swissport International is a leading global company operating in 192 airports in 38 countries which renders ground services. Flughafen Zurich AG owns and operates the airport in Zurich, as well as participates in the management of 10 other airports worldwide.
