In March 2018, 36 companies with Russian capital were registered in Turkey, which is two companies less than in March 2017, according to a report of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).
Total capital of Russian companies registered in Turkey amounted to 1.64 million Turkish liras in March 2018, while it stood at 6.217 million Turkish liras in March 2017.
“In March 2018, 10,888 companies were registered in Turkey, which is 22.9 percent more than in March 2017,” the report said.
In 2017, a total of 136 Azerbaijani companies were registered in Turkey.
A total of 58,422 foreign companies were registered in Turkey in 2017. In 2017, the number of registered German companies was 428, Syrian - 256, Iranian - 231 and Russian - 146.
