There were several ups and downs during the privatization in Azerbaijan. There were various problems which urged the state to again consider several previous contracts on privatization. But, today there is not any risk and the progress of aggressive strategy for the future privatization started again, Raymond Chonvey, the head of the Baku office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, told, Trend reports.
According to him, the bank didnt directly disbursed investments for the privatization of enterprises in republic. We invested through banks and our clients which use our credit line, he told.
We participate in the privatization process worked out investors, but not by us. Everything depends on what investors want, told Chonvey.
