Azerbaijan's Aqrarkredit CJSC completed its activity with the profit in the first half of 2020, Trend reports with reference to Aqrarkredit CJSC.
The company’s assets amounted to 12.4 billion manat ($7.3 billion), liabilities - 12.4 billion manat ($7.3 billion), total capital - 30.7 million manat ($18.06 million), authorized capital - 22.7 million manat ($13.3 million) as of June 30, 2020.
"One of the goals of the company for 2020 is to support the expansion of access to the financial and credit resources for export-oriented agricultural producers and to help increase the export potential of our country, increase foreign exchange reserves by bringing foreign currency into the country," the company said.
Aqrarkredit attaches special importance to the cooperation with international financial institutions, foreign financial institutions and their representatives in Azerbaijan in accordance with its strategic goals.
In general, Aqrarkredit has provided more than 33,000 legal entities and individuals, farms with 350 million manat ($205 million) since 2004.
In accordance with the banking reforms carried out in Azerbaijan, Aqrarkredit CJSC has been operating in the status of the "Non-Bank Credit Organization" since April 2001, maintaining its organizational and legal form.
