Azerbaijan’s Agrarian Innovation, Supply Company to place shares on Baku Stock Exchange

BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 20. The Baku Stock Exchange will host an auction on shares of the Agrarian Innovation and Supply Company OJSC, Trend reports via the exchange.

As many as 1,000 shares of the company with a nominal value of 100 manat ($58.82) each will be put up for auction.

The placement underwriter is CPM-Invest Investment Company OJSC.

The shares of Agrarian Innovation and Supply Company with a total value of 100,000 manat ($58,825) have been listed today in the standard market segment, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange.

The Baku Stock Exchange was established on August 27, 1997. Since the establishment, it has been the only stock exchange in the country's stock sector.

The annual turnover of the Baku Stock Exchange, which has unique history, strong relations with professional stock market participants, and cooperates with foreign stock exchanges, exceeds 14 billion manat ($8.2 billion).
