The delegation of the Ministry of Communications and IT of Azerbaijan is making a work visit to Moscow Trend reports quoting chief of mail communication of the Ministry Novruz Mamedov that Vugar Allahyarov, chief consultant of mail department of the Ministry and Novruz Galayev, chief of QA and mail security department with Azerpocht, are heading to Moscow to discuss control over execution of measures set forth in the memorandum signed with Russias Mail Administration in 2005.
The memorandum includes organization of mail exchange and reduction of mail tariffs and so.
Experts of Communication Ministry will stay in Moscow within a week.
