Turkey's Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning has announced a tender for the construction of 655 real estate and 41 shopping centers in Istanbul.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 14:30 (GMT +3) on Jan. 15, 2019.
