The Turkmen Ministry of Industry has announced a tender for the supply of raw materials and spare parts for equipment for cement plants.
The bids are accepted till Jan. 16, 2019 at the following address: 132 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
The tender participation fee is $200 or an equivalent amount in Turkmen manats.
The packages with tender documents are accepted in two envelopes. The technical characteristics must be sent in one envelope, while the commercial offer with prices in other envelope.
