European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice has published a report for 2012. The Georgian judicial system has the best indices and ranks first in some aspects, the Georgian Supreme Court said today.
According to the Supreme Court's press release, European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice has been operating for 10 years. Its purpose is to make competent conclusions about the courts, prosecutor's bodies, police, legal service in CE member-states.
The commission sends its conclusion to the CE member-states once in two years.
