Georgia’s imports of diesel fuel from Turkey in September 2021 totaled 29,680 tons, which is 4 times less, than 120,000 tons in the same month of 2020, Trend reports citing Turkey’s Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).
Georgia also imported diesel fuel from Turkey in January 2021 (254,154 tons) and July 2021 (14,832 tons).
Turkey's diesel fuel exports to Georgia from January through September 2021 decreased by 39.3 percent and amounted to 298,648 tons, compared to 492,181 tons over the same period of 2020.
Meanwhile, Turkey’s total fuel exports to Georgia from January through September 2021 amounted to 14 million tons, which is a decrease of 84.6 percent, compared to 91.4 million tons over the same period of 2020.
