The volume of newly issued mortgage loans in Georgia from January 1 through January 23, 2022 increased by 59 percent, compared to the previous year, Trend reports via statistical data of TBC Capital.
The number of residential real estate transactions in Georgia's capital, Tbilisi, through the TBC Bank from January 1 through January 20, 2022, increased by 31 percent, compared to the same period of 2021, the report said.
According to TBC Capital, the growth of non-cash spending in hotels amounted to 49 percent, compared to 2019 level.
Meanwhile, a noticeable growth was observed for non-cash spending in catering facilities – 100-percent increase, compared to 2019 level.
