The Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) in Georgia in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 4.2 percent compared to the previous quarter, while the annual increase amounted to 3.4 percent, the National Statistics Service (GeoStat) reports, Trend reports citing 1tv.ge.
According to GeoStat, the index change amounted to 13.1 percent compared to the 2020 average.
The RPPI covers the market of new residential property in Tbilisi, both flats and detached houses segments.
