Official exchange rate of the Azerbaijani manat against the US dollar was set at 1.6321 manats for Aug. 31, said Azerbaijan’s Central Bank (CBA) Aug. 30.
Thus, manat’s rate against the US dollar decreased by 0.25 percent compared to the rate on Aug. 30.
The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) sold $50 million to 29 banks through an auction held by the CBA Aug. 30.
