The Turkmen Industry Ministry has announced a tender for the construction of a production facility with a capacity of 300,000-600,000 tons of cement per year on the basis of the Kelete Cement Production Plant in the country.
All those interested to participate in the tender are invited to:
- send a bid indicating the bidder’s full name, legal status and requisites, attach the bidder’s registration documents;
- pay $1,000 per lot or an equivalent amount in Turkmen manat.
