Uzbek President Islam Karimov offered his condolences to the King of Morocco Mohammed VI concerning the plane crash near the city of Gulimin, the presidential press service said.
"It gave us deep sorrow to hear about the plane crash which took place near the Moroccan city of Gulimin, causing the death of many people", the telegram said.
Islam Karimov also expressed words of sincere sympathy to the bereaved families.
The military aircraft Hercules C-130 crashed on Tuesday into a mountain near the town of Gulimin in southern Morocco. About 78 people, including 60 military personnel, 12 civilians, and nine crew members, were killed.
