The participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu at the meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Council in Yerevan can lead to dialogue between the leaders of the regions, the U.S. State Department said, Anadolu agency reported.
Davutoglu's visit to Yerevan can lead to positive progress in Armenian-Turkish relations, according to the U.S. State Department.
