2,473 enterprises resume their work in the Ganja-Gazakh economic region from 1 January. The enterprises cover production and refinery spheres, the Ganja division of the Economic development Ministry told Trend. 537 enterprises locate in Ganja town, 113 вЂ" Naftalan town, 92 вЂ" Aghstafa region, 120 вЂ" Dashkasan region, 110 вЂ" Gadabay region, 19 вЂ" Goranboy region, 155 вЂ" Khanlar region, 334 вЂ" Gazakh region, 98 вЂ" Samukh region, 314 вЂ" Shamkir region, and 207 вЂ" Tovuz region.
67 of these enterprises were converted into joint stock companies, 1,113 вЂ" privatized.
The work of these enterprises was fully or partially suspended from 1993 to1996.
