Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 9/ Trend , K. Zarbaliyeva/ Police have received complaints about a man who cheated people allegedly to admit them to the Azerbaijan International University.
On Aug. 2007, Fakhraddin Guliyev of Sumgayit city took $2,500 and $4,500 from his Zaur Jumshudov of Sumgayit city and Anar Hamzayev of Guba city respectively allegedly to admit them to the Azerbaijan International University.
Jumshudov and Hamzayev complained of Guliyev to the Sumgayit police department.
The Sumgayit police department has launched investigation into both cases.
