Head of the Antiterrorist Center of the Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan, major-general Elchin Guliyev has been dismissed, the Office of Public Affairs of the ministry told Trend Nov.26.
Guliyev has been appointed head of a chair of the Academy of the Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan named after Heydar Aliyev.
