BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 22. Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of his confident victory in the extraordinary presidential election, Trend reports.
