An eighteen-member delegation, headed by Leo Platvoet (Netherlands, UEL) is arriving in Azerbaijan to monitor the 13 May re-elections, Trend reports.
The mission will stay in the republic on May 12 to 15 and observe the re-run in ten constituencies, where the 6 November election totals ha been canceled.
