Agreement with Kazakhstan on BTC almost coordinated Azeri PM
The first tanker will be shipped in Ceyhan late May or early June 2006, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade told journalists, Trend reports.
Rasizade said that at present the draft intergovernmental agreement with Kazakhstan on Kazakh oil delivery via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main export oil pipeline has been accorded by 99%.
The agreement can be signed during the Caspian Oil and Gas exhibition to be held in Baku early this June. The document can also be signed in an opening of the main export oil pipeline. We are considering this issue, Rasizade underscored.
Talks on oil transportation are underway. However, the PM did not rule injection of changes even in this important document.
